However, you do think a woman should go to jail for killing a nuisance creature on her property in a way that isn't cruel.
She isn't going to jail, she's losing her vet license. She didn't break any laws.

I love when shite like this backfires.

I don't know if she should go to jail, but posing with it like its some kind of trophy is crazy. Psychopaths, that can potentially hurt humans, display that kind of behavior.

I never understood the uproar? Wild cats can definitely be nuisance animals.
The cat lovers out there... Set up a critter trap and catch one. Then take it home and domesticate it in your apartment.
The only answer is to treat them like raccoons. Take all possible sources of food away and they will leave. My grandpa kept them around his farm. They definitely serve a mouse and pest killing purpose. But I can recall several times where his cats got out of hand. Having 5-6 at a time. Or more. He'd stop feeding. They'd go away. Except for the main one or two.

Of course cat people are insane. They dress up and act like cats.
Regular cat owners are normal people.

Since we're asking stupid questions, when's the last time you saw a housecat maul someone to death?
I like how you left off the part about the expectation to keep the small dog in it's yard still exists, classy.

The guy asked why the law exists and he was informed of the reason. If you don't like the law, take it up with your legislature.

Why is it dogs by law have to be kept on a leash or fenced in, but cats are allowed to roam the streets and tear up your paint jobs or get stuck in your belts and bloody your engines?
That shite does get nasty, but I do think you make a good point. If people are going to have cats, make sure the thing isn't leaving paw tracks on the hood of people's trucks that go across their window to the top of the vehicle.. every day. Its disrespectful to other people's property.. and it puts the animal is harms way because the person whose vehicle they are sleeping on might get tired of it one day... those the cat in a sack, weighed down by some gravel that gets thrown in the bayou... Ive actually seen someone do this before.. it was kind of sick, but this particular guy was pissed after talking to the cat's owner three or four different times.. I don't think the owner ever found out what happened, but..

Outdoor cats are not pets. They are just wild animals that eat your food.
And piss and shite all over your yard, garden, car.
No problem with what she did other than be a moron and post it online.

So you didn't post this earlier?

I agree she was dumb to post that picture and now she is dealing with the consequences from being an idiot to post it. I don't think she was a psychopath. Tons of normal people post pics with animals they bow kill and aren't out murdering people. She doesn't view it as a household pet like you do.

Well yeah cause a feral cat isnt a household pet.

Maybe not a psychopath, but a blatant disregard for the code of ethics of veterinary medicine at the very least shows she shouldn't hold a license.

Not house-cats, bro.

Then she is not right in the head.
