Actual procedure is nothing. Virtually painless. Had it done on a Friday. Laid up in recliner all weekend with cold pack on my nuts. Sore but not too bad. Went back to work Monday and did too much walking around and was pretty sore for next several days. After a week felt back 100%.
Honestly wouldn’t even hesitate a second about doing it. Best $400 I ever spent.

You feel a pin prick and that’s about it.
Sat around the house for day or two to be cautious, but honestly felt like I could have moved around normally.

They’re pretty adamant about not doing this for at least week so I wouldn’t advise it. Mine was a breeze. Stay off your feet for a couple days and don’t strain for about a week. Minimal pain the entire time. Jock-strap is your best friend the first couple weeks after, especially when exercising.

Did it without anesthesia. The numbing shots to the balls hurt like a mofo and I def yelled but it was a quick procedure. My insurance for whatever reason said my doc was in network but his surgery suite wasn’t. So I had to do it in a normal patient room, was gorilla style and probably did not help.
The difference between pain for a week and for months is wearing compression underwear. Do that for at least a week and you’ll be good unless your doc screwed up.
You will be asking yourself why you didn’t do it sooner once it’s over and you are back in biz.

Done on a Friday, shot in the balls, which I didn't feel. Wife watched the process, I stared at the ceiling. Frozen peas and football all weekend. Monday was good to go

Put to sleep, what a pyssy. Me and Doctor Dr Oubre talked the whole time about boiling crawfish and LSU. There was an older overweight black woman so there was no chance for popping a boner. She probably seen 5000 wangers so I felt no shame

Follow the post-op procedures to the letter and take it easy for a couple days.
Very important: Make damn sure to do your follow up labs and don't just assume you're shooting blanks until you get two negative lab results. I used to work with a guy whose wife got pregnant right after his procedure and he was in the process of filing for divorce; turned out he was still firing live ammo.
