Well, this explains a lot…
All this time and we finally find out the real deal. Coyote has mommy issues. Definitely explains some things.

Some questions:
1. Who wiped your arse when you couldn’t wipe it yourself?
2. who got up in the middle of the night to take care of you when you couldn’t do it for yourself?
3. Who feed you when you couldn’t feed yourself?
4. Who took care of you when you were sick?
5. Who washed your clothes, cooked your food, took you to practice, games, scouts, school plays vacation, etc when you were a kid?
6. Who made sure you had presents to open on birthdays and Christmas?
Unless the answer to these questions is someone else other than mom, you should be ashamed of yourself.

My Mom is tougher than nails. I’ve never heard her complain about anything. She’s 94, been widowed for half a century. She’s spent the past decades doing charity work principally working with organizations and missionaries in Africa trying to help some areas become self-sufficient by organizing and financially providing for exports of seeds, farming machinery, implements etc. instead of supporting organizations that ship consumable food products that rarely make it to the areas needed. She still travels to Africa twice yearly. She was a WW2 orphan sent over to New Orleans in 1941 and returned to England in early 1944. The ship she returned on was struck by a torpedo. Along with a few others she was rescued by one of the accompanying frigates in the convoy.

My mom wore combat boots. Really...she did. Navy Nurse Corps Officer. Mustang Officer...Was an HM1 when she was commissioned.
My mom broke 2 of her catcher's fingers in softball in High School.
She was All-district and All State in basketball and track in High School back in the 60s.

My mom has delivered hundreds of babies & has so many children in south Louisiana named after her with variations of her name. That’s how much her patients loved her. She’s retired now, but was always one of the hardest working women I’ve known. She’s also super talented with her hobbies, and always supported all the random expensive activities I decided to take up as a child. Becoming a mother has made me appreciate and love her a thousand times more. I realize just how much she loved me now that I’ve experienced that love.

Mom was the oldest of 5 kids. Her dad died when she was 11, so her mom had to take a job working two shifts every day to support the family while my mom raised her siblings, ran the farm, and went to school. She was NHS and captain of her basketball team. Strong and stoic. Her younger brother who was a football and baseball phenom drowned when he was 15, she was 25. I think that changed her forever.
She was a housewife until her home sewing took off and she opened her own alteration shop which turned out to be pretty successful as she got older.
She helped out a young black kid who was on my brothers basketball team, when the neighbors were against it. Got him shoes, clothes. He stayed with my family while his brother was seriously ill and later passed away. She didn't care what the neighbors thought. The kid ended up getting a ring as an NBA champion.

There is a vast difference between what your mom did when you where a baby til 8-10 yrs old….beyond that, different ball game. Esp when divorces and other shite is involved. Trust me

She was the sweetest woman that I’ve ever know. I miss, her smile , her laugh , her kindness and just hearing I love you. We weren’t rich but we had the best parents anyone could ask for. They always but your needs before theirs. God I miss them so much. For you young people, tell them how much they mean to you and spend as much time as you can with them… trust me on this one( sigh)

My little nugget of a mom entered Hospice last December and daddy passed a month later. She's still fighting the good fight in her own home. It's all she wants and I/nurse aide care for her 24/7.
So... be sure to make the most of your time while you can. Give them a call out of the blue. Will make you happy I bet.

My dear late mother was one of six children from a Syrian, Catholic family. Grew up during the Depression and worked in her father's store and cafe from about age 12 until she married my dad shortly after WWII.
She worked herself to the bone, along with Daddy, to raise us three knotheads on Dad's salary (oilfield). I never realized it until my brother pointed it out that at supper, when we ate chicken, daddy got the big piece, we split the smaller pieces, and Mama ate what was left, claiming she liked the neck bone. She always ate after all of us, which probably explains why she never weighed over 105 pounds.
Clean, spotless house no matter how shitty it was as we moved around a lot in my early years. Clean, starched clothes she'd wash by hand often, iron better than any dry cleaners could.
She'd beat our arse at the drop of a hat but would defend us and fight a bear over us. She'd beat the arse of a neighborhood friend just as quickly if he needed it.
She'd take up for any kid who anyone was disparaging, You went to church on Sunday, you addressed everyone "sir" or "ma'am" and you better not get in trouble at school.
Her Syrian dishes, homemade desserts, hot water corn bread I can still taste.
If you were sick you got to sleep with her and she'd stay up all night making sure nothing happened to you.
When I was at college, she'd scrape up $5 every other week and mail it to me.
Between her and my grandmothers, I could not ask for a better upbringing.
After my father died, she remarried some years later to a man with means. My step dad worked over seas and together, they spent every dime they could on my kids and the other grandkids. I would gripe about it but she'd say "I'd rather see them enjoy it while I am alive than you and your brothers fight over it when I'm dead".

Grandparents - I owe my life to my maternal grandparents. They gave me a good childhood, life and life experiences. And made sure your 1-6 was taken care, not my mother.
Father - the best person I know. He has never let me down with anything. He is always there, he can fix any problem in your life. You won't hear him complain, I wish I was half the man. He is a true man.
All the best of people.
EDT: tried to form a relationship as an adult. All she does is suck the life, owing me a good bit of money is the least of the issues. Money is just money.
She should be in prison.
Some people are born to really shtty and evil people. You have to understand we all didn't have the same childhoods.
