I havent studied it enough, but I'm guessing the divisive nature of the claim has something to do with it. The agitators don't want justice or peace. They want chaos and social disorder so they can "fundamentally transform" the culture and society. So, to some extent, I think they purposefully pick "bad cases" to stoke the fires of racial discord.

This is what bothers me too. Commandeaux , you really in Zachary? Then win one for the good guys, not some thug who fought with a cop and got shot.
