Just accept your height and stop trying to compensate with high heels for men.

No idea, fortunately I've reached the point in life that I don't even have to wear pants.

Tecovas are fine boots although I do prefer more traditional brands.

Lucchese are definitely some of the nicest boots you can buy. Not necessarily the most comfortable.

My recommendation is Tony Lama or Dan Post.

My preference is acquiring old boots and getting them re-soled and such. Old boots are better quality.

I have some tony lamas that I have owned since high school. They do need another re-sole which I will be doing after Christmas.

I like mine. Watched some deconstruction you tube video from a channel called Rose Anvil.

He did a side by side split in half of Tecovas and Tony Llama and they were on par woth Tony L's

Youtube Vid of Deconstruction

I didnt want a boot made in China so I picked Tecovas. Happy with them but also atill breaking them in

One more thing to add, don’t buy boots that are not made in America or Mexico.

I have two pairs. Very much like them. Pretty good belts too.

You baws are way too fancy for me. I'll spend $600 on work boots but they're actual boots that are handmade with quality leather that can outwork the man wearing them.

Right on the money.

Square toes too, real men don’t wear square toes working or dress.

This is a take that is incorrect. I don’t wear the wide square toe boots (I will wear the narrow square toe though), but I know several legitimate cowboys (they own their own ranches and do their work from horseback) that do wear the wide square toe boots.

A rodeo friend told me he wore square toed boots because they wouldn’t catch in the chute. I grew up with round toe boots though. I can’t imagine my father wearing anything else.

I Normally stick with Justins or Tony Lama's. I don't buy new boots often due to I keep getting them re soled to the point they are just worn out. I know what size I wear in each boot and pretty much fit spot on every time.

Lucchese are nice but if I am going to spend that much on boots, I rather buy Anderson Bean or have a pair custom made.

I don't know much about Tecovas. I have friends with them and it's a mix bag review. I would say it's all personal preface jusyt liek most things.

Tecovas also has excellent customer service if you go to one of their stores.

If you haven't been to the Tecovas store in BR, definitely worth checking out. I was pretty impressed, plus they serve you drinks while trying on boots.

I don't own a pair yet, but I plan to pull the trigger on some ostrich very soon. They are very comfortable, with the little walking around in the store I did.
