The blame the float mentality is ridiculous. Add a net barrier or tarp to the area where they connect. The city knows how to use a tarp cover the connections and move on. This knee jerk reaction is ridiculous.

How many tractors are there in the immediate area that can be made available for tomorrow ? Serious question. I have no idea what the NOLA tractor inventory looks like
