How much additional salary (or % increase) would it take for you to change jobs?
All other variables being the same.(title, benefits, workload, distance from home, etc.)
Considering your jobs satisfaction at your current jobs is 6.5 of 10.

I took a pay cut to take my current job, and work probably 10 hrs more a week. My current boss is really sharp and at the top in his field and my work is more interesting...

I am of the mindset a job swicth shouldn't be a lateral move. If it is, make damn sure it (the job, company) is everything the new employer says it is. I think the money should at least be 20% better if all other things are equal.

10-12% all things being equal would be a nice bump, but it depends on your base.
If you make 30K a year, 3k is nice but its not earth shattering. About $180 more a month.
If you make 100k a year, 10% is pretty nice, $625 more a month is almost half a mortgage on a decent home or 2 car notes for mid range vehicles, allowing you to either upgrade or save more.
Edit: above numbers reflect 25% taken out for taxes / benefits / whatever and are estimated take home extra per month

I took a pay cut of about 7k. My previous job was fairly toxic and this one has been a god send. I'm less stressed and incredibly happy to come to work each morning. It was worth it to me. Oh and I also now get retirement which will put me ahead in the long run.

Depends, what your ultimate career goals are for yourself.
Salary actually has little influence in the jobs I take as I base it off where it will take me, what I will learn and the culture of the company.

It wouldn't take much for me to switch then. Maybe 10%. Also are we talking 10% of 50k or 10% of 500k.

I don't make a lot so I don't really see too many real jobs as requiring me to take a pay cut.

bump that to an 8, I'd jump. Probably for less money

Based on your parameters, It would take a lot to get me to move to a job that has the same travel and workload of my current job. Money is only a part of a reason to change jobs for me.
Answer based on my current situation, I would take no increase or maybe up to a 10% decrease if it meant being home every night.

I just changed within my company and took a 6% increase knowing my promition will be going thru in the next month. Just really depends if the new job ranks on what you think higher then your current 6.5 then I could take it with a small increase.
