WORCESTER, Mass. — A woman said police and a SWAT team mistakenly raided her Worcester apartment and that she was frisked by an officer before being allowed to put clothes on.

The 23-year-old Diaz said she knelt with her frightened daughters beside her as police officers with shields pointed guns in her direction.

"Stop (expletive) crying and take care of your (expletive) kids," she claimed one officer told her.

She said a female officer later frisked her even though she was naked. Ten minutes passed before she was allowed to cover herself up, she added.

District Attorney Joseph Early said that state police acted on the "best intelligence" available — a search warrant filed by a trooper who said a trusted source told him that the intended suspect, "Mr. Jackson," resided at the apartment.

I fricking hate pigs so goddamned much.

The saddest part of this story is that none involved will receive any type of discipline whatsoever.

According to the Telegram & Gazette, records show that the susect Police were looking for, Shane Jackson Jr., had already been arrested two weeks BEFORE the raid on the Diaz Apt. He was booked on a warrant for Theft and gave his address as 71 SYLVAN ST. That’s the same address listed for Mr. Jackson in multiple court cases open against him. The Diaz Apt. is at 17 HILLSIDE ST. How could the Police not have known they were at the wrong address?!

Also, the female Police Officer questioned the others as to why she had to search the woman if she was naked. They told her to go ahead and do it anyway, and had the woman spread her legs to be frisked.

This whole thing is so wrong, I believe the Officers should be investigated for gross negligence, dereliction of duty, etc.

I think 10% of each of the supervising officer's salaries and the district attorney's salary should just about cover it.

So the cops had already arrested the perp that they were searching for? Not only that but they got the address wrong as well? That's not just incompetence that's gross negligence and an utter failure of communication within the department

But remember the mantra of the OT bootlickers. If you follow the law, harm will never ever come your way from the police.

Par for the course.

You'd make a good pig. Someone says something you don't like?? Use unnecessary violence against them.

Yeah, if it's any consolation, the lady is going to be rich now. Obviously not saying LE's actions were anything other than deplorable.
