I've always been of the opinion that it is a mind over matter thing, but have given this considerable consideration lately. I've been dealing with a wide range of emotions lately that are adversely directly effecting my personal life in many ways. I've got to do something about my thoughts/ feelings as I've isolated myself from everything close to me.
