My backyard has turned into the hangout spot for the 8-12 y/o crowd. It can be a little annoying when I'm trying to hear the TV, but I'm able to keep a close watch on my own kids, and exclude the bad kids (had one that snuck her moms cigarettes over the other day, banhammer).

It seems innocent but you have to look at it from a liability point of view. Sure, the idea of young kids playing around in the neighborhood seems harmless until Little Johnny breaks his neck on your property and his shite parents sue you and wins.

this is the issue in today's world. little johnny shite head breaks his arm while playing on your property and all of a sudden you are getting sued by his parents b/c you were irresponsible in not watching there kid b/c they were busy getting shite faced or trying to frick the neighbor.

Bet their parents let their dog shite in your yard, and wonder why you get upset when they do. It's just a turd, man. You can dodge it while mowing.

Americans are selfish assholes.

Pfft

One of my neighbors kids is in my house all the time.
He is a little younger than my son and hangs out here all the time.

Eats dinner with us most nights and just hangs out for a better part of the night.

At least they're out playing instead of fricking with the Xbox or planning to blow up a school
