The answer to the question is, it depends.
Superman's only hope is to end it quickly. He has better initial power and speed. When they did the crossover, that is how they justified Superman winning.
But the Hulk's main power is that he gets stronger as he gets angrier. there is no upper limit to his strength. Hypothetically speaking, he could get so strong he could rip Supes in half.

That's not how fights in DB go. Goku pretty much always loses round 1. Nearly dies, gets healed, and comes back stronger. He then still has to pull a rabbit out of a hat to win.

Superman who can apparently fly near the speed of light. Hulk wouldn't see it coming and the force would disintegrate him.
