I enjoy the cold, and i can take the hot, but running in temps below 30 degrees is typically out of the question for me. My chest hurts for a full day after a 3 or 4 mile jog in 25 degrees. Id rather do it at 7:15pm when its 93 degrees any day before jogging in below freezing temps.

My roommate and I put in new insulation in the attic and in the back wall of the house last fall. It's doing wonders this summer. I still have a "just in case" window unit on my room for if, God forbid, something ever happens to the central. I fire it up weeks like this just to keep my room at 72 like I like it.

Or mint or citrus based iced drinks.

Iced peppermint tea, unsweetened, is the best chiller without alcohol.
