Chicken should buy this and turn it in to a retreat for premium users.

What kind of trashy are we talking about? What are the demographics? Some trashy is better than others...

A bit too ostentatious for me, but thanks.

I prefer the 2 BR house in the mountains with the acreage that 800k affords.

You are correct. There are at least a handful of VERY succesful plaintiffs attorneys there.

I think I know the owner of that estate, but I did not know she had it on the market. She just bought a villa in Cabo and one in Sedona.

I once filed a civil rights suit against one of the leading plaintiff's lawyer there (he was on a state board). I had no idea who he was, and at that point, I was a young lawyer and didn't give a shite about how well known he was.

He was very nice and cordial during proceedings. He told me that he was pissed off that he got sued, but that he respected my willingness to do what I needed to do for my client.

Sedona

If she's selling this "estate" for $800K, she can't afford a "villa" in Sedona.

Fair point — like Livingston parish trailer trashy, or travel ball parents that drive decked out Denalis and yell at umpire trashy?

As someone who does live in the mountains, The $800K for this house will get you more acreage than it will in these mountains.
