You would be surprised how pretty it is in the N/E, as long as you stay away from NYC & Boston

I have basically zero interest in visiting Wyoming, but I'd visit there before I'd visited the 4 states I mentioned in the OP.
If you have any interest in scenery and wildlife, the Tetons and Yellowstone in Wyoming are awesome.

I live in ohio and I would prob rather live in 45 other states. Only ones worse than Ohio might be indiana, Illinois, iowa, Nebraska.

Mississippi and Arkansas
People in MS and Arkansas are probably glad to hear this. Arkansas has some pretty awesome scenery and places like Hot Springs that are amazing. Mississippi, absent the delta is pretty great, too. It certainly has some amazing outdoor areas, and always odd that so many people in La dump on them, but so many LA people buy or lease land in MS. As much as it pains me to say it, Oxford is pretty awesome place and the coast (absent the ugly beaches) has a lot of great culture.
I can think of a reason to visit every state. They all have something unique to offer. Despite all the political hatred amongst conservatives and liberals, this is a pretty amazing country.

Nebraska
Omaha is cool, so Nebraska wouldn't be my pick.
I'd pick Iowa.

How is Omaha cool?
If it weren't for the Collegd World Series, Nebraska would probably be my #1 pick, ahead of even Kansas and North Dakota.

Western North Dakota was beautiful the few times I've visited.
I did learn that mustangs are not friendly animals.

probably most of the NorthEast major cities. Too liberal. Too crowded. And probably extremely overrated.

Idaho....are we really even sure any people currently live there?

The Alamo is interesting. Maybe some places on the coast are too.
Other than that you can see the Mexican border. And the detention camps that are the subject of so much controversy.
I agree that Texas seems pretty lame relative to its size.
Hill country, son.

California or New York. Been to both but don’t ever want to go back. Too many wacked out liberals for me.

Hawaii
For some reason I have no desire to fly there. If I was to see beaches and palm trees, I'll head to the Caribbean.
