WV has some pretty mountains.
At the very least, I'd rather visit WV than Kansas or Nebraska or Iowa.
That doesn't mean I'd have the slightest interest in visiting WV.

The OP is definitely not a hunter. All the states he mentioned are awesome for either ducks or deer. I could give a rats arse about visiting any state in the Northeast.

What the hell can you hunt in Kansas?

If it wasn't for the college world series being in Omaha, Id say NE, but since it is KS. Definitely KS

Some of the best whitetail and mule deer hunting, great for ducks, geese, and other waterfowl. Excellent for turkeys, pheasants and quail

Only reason to go is to kill things that live there.

Wyoming has some okayish rodeo stuff. And some decent mountains. Although not as good as the mountains in Colorado or even Idaho.
I have basically zero interest in visiting Wyoming, but I'd visit there before I'd visited the 4 states I mentioned in the OP.

I would go for a Kansas basketball/Nebraska football game especially if LSU played either. Thats why I didnt list them.

You'd seriously care about attending a KU bball or Nebraska fball game, even if LSU didn't participate?
Why?
Why?

Wyoming is rugged and you don't want to be around the coal mining areas, but Wyoming also has many awesome places:

Those saying Delaware must not be interested in seeing some of the best beaches on the Atlantic coast.
