And the one who introduced the bill is an idiot if she thinks that having kids waste time mumbling through a daily recitation of the DoI is going to accomplish anything positive.

It's Barbara Norton. She isn't qualified to run a lemonade stand, let alone create and/or vote on legislation. A quick Google search will reveal ample evidence of her stupidity

I've seen the Hurricane Chris clip. Trying to sing the intro to Hallie Berry was not a wise decision.

Ms Norton kept vaguely stating that he had done all these wonderful things for his community. She then does nothing but mention his musical accomplishments.

I have absolutely no problem with children having to recite this ever day:
