I'm certainly no ULL fan but I feel bad for the program if they have to put a facility upgrade on hold because some promised money doesn't come through.
My question is why would they get that far along in the planning if the money wasn't in the bank first ?
Relying on " on the come" money is a recipe for disaster.

i doubt he would remember my name if we ran into each other. i was seeing someone at the time and her friends were friends with the Russo's. they would all talk horribly about him behind his back. i guess you could say they were friends with Russo's wife, not him.

i really couldn't tell you. Randy was a real nice guy and his boat was legit. He has everything wrapped with Fuel Not Si, his truck boat etc etc. they had to have been funneling a shite ton bc Randy spared no expenses when it came to his "charter company" brand

The figures I saw was it was a $17MM project and they only had $3MM in hand and the rest was "promised". I would want more security than that.
