0% chance Spinosa didn't do it on purpose. 95% chance he tries it again later in the same development.

Just a friendly reminder to soon to be homeowners - owners Title insurance is worth it.

I am on record here calling Spinoza out on his many illegal deals. This is yet another example. I just hope the taxpayers don't end up writing the check.

I hope Delgado is watching this development after telling all those residents not to worry at an HOA meeting.

It was Mickey Skyring's district. He is the one who fell for the fraudster.

St. Amant is buddies with Smokie.... And the saga of Juan Delgado v Smokie Bourgeois continues.

Well, it was Mickey Skyring's district (southdowns area) in 2008 and he and Boo Thomas caved to Spinoza and his lies.

How is this even being bounced around various courts? This is something a surveyor could solve in an hour.

2008? damn sounds like this has been dragging on forever... & still no commercial development!

Another Spinoza development, another legal mess. This is the ultimate Germans.
Screw that dude.

It wasn't a delineage dispute, it was a conveyance one.

So many developers in Baton Rouge area don't have a clue what they are doing and seem to get richer and richer.
They are sure to create new LLCs each time in case they go bankrupt or have to leave in a hurry.
The taxpayers will be left to clean all of this up. The developers will be living large usually in another area.
