I am on record here calling Spinoza out on his many illegal deals. This is yet another example. I just hope the taxpayers don't end up writing the check.

Well, it was Mickey Skyring's district (southdowns area) in 2008 and he and Boo Thomas caved to Spinoza and his lies.

So many developers in Baton Rouge area don't have a clue what they are doing and seem to get richer and richer.

They are sure to create new LLCs each time in case they go bankrupt or have to leave in a hurry.

The taxpayers will be left to clean all of this up. The developers will be living large usually in another area.
