I remember a situation in 1998 where 4 friends witnessed an obese man getting robbed. They actually filmed the robbery and made some disrespectful comments like, "there goes the money for the lipo". It was sickening. They were sentenced to one year in jail, removed from society.

A few weeks ago I saw a car flip and skid across an intersection about 1 block ahead of me as I was at a red light. I zoomed up to the accident and got out to check on the driver. Before I could even get to the car, ole girl was out of the car and on the phone not acknowledging anyone. Not sure if it was to call 911 or just continuing the convo she might have already been on. The guy in the other car was calling 911 and fine. But the instinct to go and help kicked in. It was so weird, everyone was so nonchalant. Your car just did a barrel roll into an intersection!

Pretty sure that's the plot for the final episode of Seinfeld.

Forget how you feel about the dirtbag and this situation. Are you ok with ghem jailing someone for filming and offensive comments.

One day your comments may be offensive

Fortunately, that's not what they arrested him for.

I don't think so. It happened in Massachusetts. The Prosecutor brought in a bunch of people, that the defendants had wronged throughout their lives, to testify against their moral character.
