No. It comes from when Janzen Jackson spun LSU to go to Tennessee. His dad had said something to the effect of it was best his son got out of Louisiana and away from the mean streets of Welsh.
Welsh is shitty but it's not any more dangerous than any other interstate town.
I did have a crack head try to jump in my truck the other day when I was there though. I had asked him for directions to a lumber yard and the dude was like "I need to go to the Stoe anyway so I will just show you" I was like hold on, Jerome. Just tell me where the frick to go.

I got off a ticket like that before. So it is possible. Question? Were you actually going 73 or 84. I was able to get off cause I had a mechanical problem with my speedometer and convinced the court that I really thought I was going the speed limit.

Why do you guys act like a speeding ticket is some life changing event? There are at least a few of these per week. Pre-pay the son of a bitch or show up for your court date and either ask for a reduction or hope that the cop had better things to do that morning.

Had a jury trial for a 3 time convicted dealer from that fabulous city about 2 years ago. His house was raided and during the raid they found a tin of crack underneath his wallet with his drivers license in it. The jury acquitted him b/c they had an "expert" on it that explained that normal people don't store their crack that way only cops that plant drugs do.....
