Way more than once a week. Likely every work day at some point. I live there and I promise you he is there all the time. Just don't speed.

I don't mean literally every moment there's a cop there. I'd say at least for an hour a day there is a cop there. So it's not worth risking.
The speed limit shouldn't be 35, but as long as it is, just stay below 40. It's not a very long stretch. Just go slow.

Now that school is in session, watch out on Nicholson from Aster to Bernie Moore, and on Burbank from Ben Hur to Staring. Those are always bad spots. Oh and brake tag/seat belt inspections at Tigerland in the median between Club Reg and JLs.
