Its not just people that pay for business select and early bird either. A-list preferred and A list passengers go ahead as well. So yea, most of A is taken up ahead of time now.
To my knowledge its Business select, A list preferred, A-list, early bird, everyone else.

A-list is money. Nothing better than skipping security line and going right to the front. Except in Orlando where that piece of shite airport doesn't have an A list line.

People who are business customers get the first boarding.

I fricking hate Orlando airport with a passion. Not only is it run in a shitty manner, it's filled with some of the most rude employees top to bottom.

What happens if the majority of the flight pays for early bird? I'd be pisses if I did early bird and still received a B or C

I'm guessing they only sell a certain number of early birds. I have no basis for that, but it makes sense.

It depends a lot on what ticket level you bought. If you bought the cheapest one and still made it into the A group, consider yourself lucky. The top Thirty spots are reserved for Business select no matter what, then the middle priced tickets get second pick, and so forth. The price points basically dictate which seat you are willing to sit in The A group usually gets the window seats, the B group usually gets the isle seats, and the C group is stuck in the middle seats.

Couldn't agree more. Its also old and antiquated with dirty restrooms and nothing to eat except fast food or some shitty little Johnny Rivers Bar. And of course, I fly into and out of it more than any other US airport.

If that flight is someone's connecting flight they could have been able to check in for it hours before you.
