So..Transgender men get to go inside women area now and vice versa

This is only happening in California because they are some progressive s.o.bs but could this be the beginning of unisex bathrooms and equality in all aspect of life? No more WNBA or NBA, it just going to be Universal NBA where men and women play side by side?
For those that doesn't know, starting today, in California, if you are a male that identify his gender as a woman you can go into a woman bathroom while they are changing. You can also declare yourself a lesbian as a transgender male and continue to wear male clothes with ZERO repercussion.
However while there is some negative aspect, does this in effect makes California the first unisex state?

if there was one that could make an NBA team they would already be on it. As for the unisex bathrooms, I could give a shite, let it happen. I have gone into the men's bathroom at bars where girls went in there and started yelling when I started pissing at a urinal when they were looking in the mirror. I told them just to get the frick out of the men's room but if they are allowed there, all bets are off.

Here in our middle school this is already happening. A boy is prepping for the sex change when he is older but has been dressing as a girl for several years now. He now goes to the girls restroom with his girl friends. Oh well, times they are a changing.

Girls were doing that at Sky Bar Iron Bowl weekend. They also thought they could skip the long arse lines since they were girls. That didn't work out of them.

Can't wait to see the first woman run a slant route over the middle...should put a quick stop to this tomfoolery.

As a man, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. As a father I am a little uncomfortable that men may be in the bathroom with my daughters.

meh, if you're 18+ and want to do this, fine.
if it's a 4 year old boy and mommy starts putting him in dresses and makeup because he said he wanted to, I have a problem with it. a 4 year old doesn't have the mental capacity to "decide" something like that on a whim.

I don't even think dudes have to have shown a history of "being female" to use the girls room. High school,boys can just go if they want and claim this nonsense.
