I'm probably going with more gym time. I've slacked and made up as many reasons as one can think of for not being consistent with staying in shape. What's yours?

NB4 my resolution is not to make a resolution.

For the past 5 years it's been to quit dipping. I've been unsuccessful each year. This year I'm thinking about trying to be more social and meet posters from this board in person.

Everybody says this. Our obesity rate says no one follows through.

Although the gym will be overly packed for about three weeks come Jan, which usually sucks for the regulars

This is everyone's resolution. While I too have slacked off (school takes up a lot of my free time now), I'm gonna focus on workouts outside or at home for the next couple months to avoid the overcrowded gym as much as possible.

That is mine as well Rouge. Good luck with yours!

When will you receive yours? If all goes as planned...I'll be done with school by next November.

Lose two pounds per week for the next 52 weeks. I think that's more manageable than trying to lose 100 pounds.

Good luck! And that is the way to look at it. Small little goals.
