I'd imagine they are more genuine on Facebook than they are when they say it in real life to another woman. On Facebook you actually have to make the effort to comment, so you could simply ignore it if you're not sincere. In real life there is not much else people say when someone asks how you she looks.

Very rare. I have watched girls literally talk about how much they hate another girl, stalk her on social media, then comment how great they are.

My favorite comment women make is, "She's got a cute figure." It's a trap though, just shake your head yes and use your hall pass to check it out.
