Democrats laugh and ask, "Why would we?"

How can anyone go to work this week. Most people will be dealing with the total loss of their home and the cleanup

Definitely will be at work tomorrow and working plenty of hours this week. Pretty sure our vacuum trucks will be pumping water like crazy this week.

Got an email this morning saying that the corporate office was closed due to flooding so no one needs to come in.

ETA: our office isn't flooded but they realize that people are in tough spots and need to spend time taking care of their homes and families. Work can wait.

Between the people who have lost everything and those trying to help family members who lost everything, I would think most places in the areas that have been affected might have 50% of its workforce tomorrow.

You have not posted here long enough to try to "bust my balls" which you have been trying to do lately. Just go ahead and tell us whose alter you are.

Nope. Vacationing in Florida. Left Friday at 12 just as they were closing roads behind us. Wish I was there to help but also glad we got out just in time.

No alter. My mom graduated from LSU a long time ago, and I did back in '97. I graduated in three years, which didn't allow much time for friends.

I lived in NOLA for a long time, but I left and have moved around for more money.

I am divorced with two kids. I didn't do message boards because I never had time for them.

I've dated off and on, but the dating world sucks for a 40+ year old, and I'm taking a break.

Posting here is filling a void. You all seem like assholes, so we have something in common.

Not an alter.

Need more info?

What more possible info would make you less paranoid about a new poster?

I don't mind having to earn my way in, but trying to prove that I'm not puppetry sucks a whole lot of arse and hardly seems worth it.

It's just a message board, you're taking it too seriously.
