I went in for a heart cath a few years ago and, as instructed, took all my meds that included the diuretic. By the time they got me on the table, I thought I was going to piss all over myself so I called a time out. They brought me one of those plastic jugs but there was no way I could do that flat on my back so I stood up and found myself confronted by an audience of 8 people all staring at me and waiting impatiently for the flow to start. It took a loooong time.

Should be the next two commercials. They could go all fancy with a nice prosthetic arm, but it would be better if it was one of the old school hooks. Then for the leg, I'm imagining something like:
