Well, the 12 exercises (1 set of 6 on one day and the next set on the next day, rotating days) are meant to be done with weights but was told (and I am obeying) to not use weights; just do the motions.
BURNING is the primary complaint ... and think of a wife/mother who is pissy because she either doesn't sleep enough or well enough because laying on the affected side BURNS like shite.
Advil PM at night is the only way I get any sleep ... and I sleep well that I don't notice HOW I'm sleeping and I wake up on the affected side with more damn burning.
Was this running to get in share worth it?? Down about 10 lbs and a pants size yes but pain wise hell no.
