You can get fired for anything. Home Depot termed me because I was white and was outperforming black managers. They made up an excuse but I know the reason. However even if your termed you still have rights, so I sued, won and enjoyed a nice 6 month paid vacation until I recently started my new job.
Just because they fire you doesn't mean you are out of the game, they can still end up losing if you push back. Also I hear more hate speak from the left regarding things like the KKK than from the actual KKK. Interesting.
