The Mexicans that did my roof came back to finish the second day. They dropped the guy off with nothing but a gallon jug of water to get him through the day.
Barely spoke English but he understood McDonald's and BigMac when I bought him lunch. Dude was very grateful.

Take it from a flooring guy. Either they are subs and cut their own deal by the job or hey work for the company and get paid by the day or sq foot
