Tangerine, I really don't think people think more blacks kill more innocent people than whitey; it's just how a certain population has absolutely no problem pulling out a gun on Christmas night.

I didn't say statistics aren't racist. In fact I was about to post that the comment to which I responded was not racist, in my opinion. But let's not pretend that there are not some pretty racist comments here on the OT on a daily basis.

Not really. But they do tend to represent a disturbingly large sub-class of that population. One that, due to trends in breeding facilitated by gov't subsidization and policies that have eviscerated the black family unit, (to a further degree than other races, though it effects them too.) is growing. I don't wholly blame them, as it is the environment in which they are largely raised which produces this mentality to a certain extent. But individual responsibility must begin somewhere.

Shooting occurred outside the theater in the parking lot. It was an argument between 2 groups. The one that did the shooting was also involved in another one within the past month, as part of a gang initiation. He shot a white lady in the eye; she was dropping a work friend off and was in the wrong place.

As to the ones shot, all are fine. 2 have gone home and the other 2 will in a day or so. Looked to be a .38 and the guy was a horrible shot.

Oh, and the place it occurred is generally a nicer area/ theater.

People that experienced this type of situation for the first time will never be the same. And on Christmas. What the f is wrong with people?

While white trash, etc. are called so here, it's not nearly with the same frequency and vigor that blacks are commented on with a wide variety or derogatory statements and terminology. One example is the thread about the Tuscaloosa Police Department and white college student being arrested versus the thread about adult black people with loud music being arrested. Situations where strikingly similar and neither party really resisted. The differences in those threads were striking. Although this is one example. It is pretty representative of similar commentary here.
