At BEST, I would offer to pay for the screen to be replaced. Or, you can offer to purchase her phone at a reduced price (It has a broken screen) and she can take the money and use it for the purchase of a new one.

No shite. I would have at the very least, given her a bogus number.

She should have had insurance on the phone.

Tell her to sucka dick then after she gets your rocks off you can take her down to the Apple store and get her one

Think about it like this. You would have dropped it taking the selfie or you were taking a picture of them. She doesn't know wtf you were doing. I'd plead ignorance.

Should pay her something.
Maybe if you weren't taking a picture of your ugly fat face you wouldn't have dropped the phone.

Write her number in every public bathroom stall you can find, and post it on the OT of course.

I'm glad you're a man of your word.

Sounds like a case of "I sure do hate it for ya" for her.

Why is this even a question. Phone needs to be back in original condition you received it in.
Did you try talking her up to see if she has insurance on her phone? If so, you're out $200 at worst. If screen is broken, have her take it to phone repair shop and get it fixed.
But if you straight up promised to pay for the $800, then pay up.

Do you not think a couple months without payment is a "considerable amount of time"?

She handed you her phone, it was her choice
You have no legal obligation to replace it
A moral one? Yes, but not a legal one

You told her you would buy her a new phone in a few weeks, and it is now a few months later?

From this point forward, you have no memory of saying this. You barely even remember the event happening. About the only thing you do remember is telling her that you think you were too drunk to take a good picture, but she insisted.
Don't answer emails.
Don't return calls.
Don't sign for any letters.
