Fine with me. Zoos and aquariums are mostly just pretty awful to me. If an animal's endangered or injuries or whatever, sure, have it in captivity. Otherwise, let them take their chances in the wild.

They should sell it to those people that were cutting up that whale shark. It would be ashame to let all of that meat go to waste.

I just hope they keep some humpbacks available somewhere in California. You never know when some future humans may need to travel back in time to retrieve one to save the Earth.

The spectacle of mammoth sea creatures confined in tanks, trained to perform imbecilic stunts for Boobus Americana from Topeka or Evansville or Amarillo is an abomination to begin with. Ridding the nation of these "attractions" would be a small but encouraging sign to those of us who have not completely succumbed to the simpleton's paradise our nation has become.
