I had two Uber representatives tell me there was nothing they could do.
After that I made a Facebook post attaching pictures and receipts and explaining what happened. After it got shared about 40 times Uber contacted me and reduced it from $365 to $59. Still too high and I requested a bigger refund but I'll take it.
I also requested that they fire that driver as he is obviously a thief.

On personal parking note, we got to Fayetteville at 4 and parked behind Canes on MLK in that neighborhood for free. I had kids with me and we all walked to and from within 30 min. But I'm poor and older.I always recon parking before going to away game. And look for closest free parking because my kids want dippin dots and shite.

If you paid via amex you wouldn't be crying on here because you would have already been refunded and Uber can frick themselves if they don't want to refund.
Amex gets the last laugh for a-hole companies that pull this shite.
Had almost the same situation with Groupon fraud. Groupon told me GFY. Called amex. amex told Groupon to go frick themselves.

I have Bank of America they said it wouldn't be a problem and they would take care of it. I love Bank of America they are great.
The point was Uber needed to take responsibility and I want to see this driver fired and arrested.
Regardless of how you dumbass people feel about walking or Ubering is not the point. You should not have an Uber driver steal $365 from you ever.
