We had the local fire department come over once and demonstrate fire safety, how to use fire extinguishers, ect. It gave everyone some hands on experience.
And killed a good part of the day.

Call Swagelok in your area and ask for them to come give a safe tube fitting installation demonstration and bring lunch or breakfast.

Wasps are bad right now. Killing a nest that you spotted under a handrail or an I beam is a near miss.

This was always a favorite. The Compressed oxygen bottle hitting the guys head is unreal.

see if you can find a copy of the "Remember Charlie" video.
Very good video. Saw a few others produced internally for the company I work for with employee testimonials about serious incidents that hit home.

Sensorineural hearing loss, would be applicable...but not interesting.
You could do something on vibration related illnesses...Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Raynaud's Syndrome, Vibration Induced White Finger (VWF).

Yep, they hit home.
What gets me is "that employee" that bitches about the safety rules and in the same breath is "gonna sue the company" if he gets hurt. Burns my arse up.
If they would step back and realize that they are given the tools (in most companies) to do the job correctly without incident it would make the work day a lot easier on everyone involved.

Dow makes a Dow employee tape a video and give a testimonial about what happened, what should have been done to prevent, etc. Last one I saw was an operator who got splashed on his arm with sulfuric acid from the bleed on a nitrogen assembly. Hearing his account of what they did to his chemical burn in the burn unit made me cringe.
