It's almost laughable. Dropped off the car to get a minor water leak fixed which was covered under warinty and went to pick it up today and the entire back row is soaked with water. Not even did they make the issue worse but they tried to cover it up by laying the seats down and covering it with a blanket. When confronting Ben Kleinpeter, the person they left in charge he said that wasn't their fault and they aren't responsible for any potential damages. I highly recommend not taking any vehicle you care about there.

Dealerships in general just suck. It's very rare that I have a good experience with them.

I'd call Ford corporate and register a Twitter and Instagram Account and go full tilt on them on Social Media. Take pictures of it and blast them out on Facebook, Twitter and IG. I'd hashtag the shite out of them and warn people left and right. I'd also go ahead and call Ford Investor Relations, the BBB, and the Louisiana AG's office to discuss the issue.

Let him downvote, they should provide better service. I'm off to the Zurich to brighten the day, just wanted to give the OT a warning about this place

The weird thing about it is that a good Service Department can produce as much or more profit than the front of the business yet it is rare that a dealership puts even minor effort into customer service.

They will practically blow you when you are buying a car and then turn around and piss down your back when you go to get serviced. REPEAT CUSTOMERS you bunch of blithering idiots.

Should've just hired a few illegal Mexicans. They're really hard workers.

minor water leak

I wouldn't describe water leaking into my car as a minor problem, nor one that comes with an easy fix. What did they do? Did they leave it out in the rain, or spray a hose onto it to detect the leak?

If you negotiate like you spell it's no wonder you've had a problem.

Me and my buddy used to call in to WJBO's open line Friday and imitate the father & the son's voices doing a commercial. We're pretty sure that is why they're not as animated in their commercials anymore.

Seems like there's always some important tidbits of info left out of posts like this.

My only experience with them is dealing with a sales representative of theirs. No follow-up or follow through. Told me on 3 different occasions he would get me pricing after meeting him in person and said he would have it to me by this date and time.

I allowed for 5 hours past his deadline and then he told me the dealership had no internet access and never followed back up.

Seems to be the norm in this industry as he is not alone, based upon my most recent experiences.

I don't work there, but this kind of shite pisses me off.

If you're truly mad about your service, put your real name at the end, and own up to it.

Years ago I took a car to Richasrd's Honda for warranty work. They were awesome...That's probably the only time that I wasn't frustrated bringing a car back to a dealership service dept.
