Anyone that takes food in a public, or even their own, restroom is a nasty person. Most likely not going to wash their hands. Don't eat anything they bring when your office does a pot luck, or holiday meal.
If I saw someone go to the bathroom, and not wash their hands, I always told everyone I was good friends with, so they wouldn't eat anything they brought in.

My dad told me of a coworker at the plant who would bring his lunch pail, his newspaper, and sit in a stall and eat, read the paper, and TAS as others went in and out doing their business. The guy did it for years.
