I'd let her stay in control. I wouldn't want her to break a hip.

Rivers and Rickles.

Rickles is the king.

I think she would have gotten a laugh out of that.

But seriously, Rest In Peace. Can't think of another woman who could bust balls more than her. She was great.

I'm confused by this statement. You didn't edit to add anything? Did you mean FYI?

I did a thread yesterday about Dick Butt dying. I claimed that Rivers would die today. There's no more comedy in this world.

eta..you're correct. I thought I was editing. It's supposed to be FYI.

I just finished watching Joan Rivers A Piece of Work on Netflix!

Pull up Drudge and she has died. I'll miss her comedy so much.

But you didn't edit your post, so eta doesn't apply there.

Considering she was on life support and the news said that her daughter was getting her affairs in order before "pulling the plug"...yeah...nailed it.

Any more predictions, Nostradamus?

I don't want to say anything negative towards the dead, so I'll just say it's Thursday.

I thought the same. Don Rickles is the king. But Joan was the queen. Nobody was off limits. And if she saw someone on the red carpet looking like a jackass, she was the first to 'tell the king he wasn't wearing any clothes.'

RIP Joan. Made me laugh a thousand times.

This is one of the best looks inside at stand-up of all time. Love or hate her for things outside of comedy, she was a comedian through-and-through to the end. She did comedy in a way that was truly cutthroat and unapologetic. Without her, you wouldn't see people like Sarah Silverman and Amy Schumer doing the type of material they do half as much.

I never found her funny. Only annoying.

I wasn't one of those people who liked her Fashion Police bullshite or any of that. Her stand up is pretty funny, though.
