I am twisted, I am straight,
I am weak and I am great,
I am force, although a fool may find me folly
Under pressure I am best,
Loosed I tend to feel no stress,
I can be a killer or I can be jolly…
What am I?

Can be hot ‘less I’m cold and you fill me,
I can be life or death,
I can choke or make breath,
I can make old men and children smile,
Or make their fathers dance awhile
