I feel like a leg with a wandering spirit should be allowed to find itself in the world at its own pace. Not everything can be fenced in man.

I have it. Move my leg until I fall asleep and then my leg stops moving (according to my wife). Not really that big of a deal I don't think. Doesn't affect my sleep I don't think.

I have it. Doesnt bother me to the point of medication. Drives my wife crazy and was constantly yelled at as a kid in church. Honestly I didnt know there was medication for it.

i have it too, it comes and goes. also was a smoker. i've never found a reason why it acts up some nights or not.

I have it pretty bad at times.
I spoon my wife or use this big arse stuffed animal tiger my kids have to put legs on that seems to help.
It does suck.
