Who else gets it and what do you do about it?

I had a episode with it probably 10 years or so ago that lasted a couple of months ago and then largely went away but the month or so I've been dealing with it again. It sucks.

I have it. I take requip, or rather a generic of requip. It does help.

I have it. Doesn't bother me to the point where I feel like I need to do something about it. Probably burn an extra 10 calories a day

I've read it's caused by a lack of dopamine. Jerk it or preferably get you some right before bed on the reg.

I'm not sure if there is a connection, but I use to get it when I was a smoker. I haven't had it since I quit.

It seems I get it when I'm real tired. I found a store that sells natural drops and I take it as needed.

Had it my entire life. Take Hyland's Restfull Legs or Hyland's Leg Cramps. Works in 30 seconds.

I've had it my entire life. I just get up and stretch my legs and I usually fall back asleep

Last time I had it it would wake up me in the morning.

This time it's when I lay down to go to sleep. Once I'm asleep it doesn't bother me.

But I have to get up and stretch and then it's good for like 10 min but if I don't fall asleep in that time I have to get up and do it all over again until I do.

I agree with Sody Cracker. Hyland's Restful Legs works quickly. OTC at Walmart.
