Sitting on a outdoor patio area and the wind is blowing like 30mph. The waiter brings my steak and the wind blows it off the plate into the bushes. Ruined. Should i demand reparations??

Your fault for ordering a 6 oz steak.

Was the plate on the table in front of you at the time this enormous gust of wind took place?

Why are you eating on a patio with 30mph winds

You're to blame, because you sat outside with this going on.

I blame your grandparents for letting a brother and sister have sex and create you

Yes because everyone is entitled to something.

This should be your grand stand to fame.

Start a FB page and establish a time to meet and discuss how to organize and protest in the name of fairness.

Or, just talk to the manager in duty and see what can be done?

I also kept having to ask for new napkins because they kept blowing all over the place. Not sure if they will get my business again.

I would think that they would replace it. You might request a table inside though if conditions are that bad.

Your fault for being a dumbass. Actually eating is more important than being able to smoke when you go to a restaurant.

It's clearly the fault of the restaurant.

Since you chose to sit outside with high winds, they should have had employees out there just for you to stand around and block the wind.

I think that this probably didn't happen. Would have to be an absurd wind for a steak to take flight like that.

I don't see how a man's two pound porterhouse got blown away. Now, a woman's 6 oz. filet, on the other hand...
