Thanks Buford. I'm hoping for you to be right. I'm comfortable with that pricing if the finishes are nice.

Just finished building a couple months ago and contracted everything out myself. Came in at under $100 per square foot not including the land. Did the flooring and painting myself. Flooring and light fixtures are middle of the road, not high end. Got higher end plumbing fixtures. Got several exposed cypress beams and a lot of interior brick (fireplace, arch and a wall in the dining room).
