I personally love when clients ask me to behave in a way that will violate ethical duties to the bar or to the court. Yes, I'm definitely going to put my license to practice at risk for your individual case. Tell me more.
Oh, and if the case was as simple and open/shut as the client sees it, they would have already won a dismissal or summary judgment. Usually, half the battle is getting them to understand that they might lose.

I know some folks who are on their 4th or 5th family lawyer. But it’s always the lawyer’s fault.
