That chart has got to be out of date or does it take muscle mass into account? I'm 6' and If I was 140-180 I would look like a crack head!

That can't be the correct scale. 6' and 190lbs is far from overweight. Especially with any type of exercise routine.

This is my point. Whoever comes up with these charts has a skewed view of what is normal and healthy. That's why I never put any stock into obesity stats. People think of obese people as huge people riding the electric cart at walmart when in fact most of them are what most people would consider chunky or overweight.

BMI is dumb. I'm 5'10 175 and pretty shreaded but that thing says I'm over weight. The only thing on me that's over weight is my cock.
