That's too many to rank.

Without an income range, it would be hard for me to rank them.

Talk about a scattershot...

How did you decide on these places?

Raleigh near the top, Baton Rouge and New Orleans tied for dead last.

denver/boulder= legal weed and weird hippies

utah= mormons and multiple wives

portland/seattle= weird hippies and hipsters. pregnant dudes

Htown= too many people and i hate texas

BR and nola are just poor

Carolina has great golf though

No kids

Put Denver and Boulder below Seattle and Portland and it's close enough

I only bolded the cities worth considering living in with no kids. There are way too many factors to start ranking the cities without you giving more input. i.e. income, interests, etc.

#1 Boulder

Great for singles or married, outdoor recreational mecca, very little traffic and crime, great infrastructure, great public schools, most educated city in America, most fit city in America, and competent and caring city council. We are fricking stacked

The only knock is cost of living but that is a good thing and keeps it nicer IMO
