I wonder if targeting a special needs person carries a harsher sentence than it would for targeting white people?

Good Lord. I saw the Chiefs comments earlier. I hope he has no say so on whether or not this is prosecuted as a hate crime. Let's see, they made racial comments and he was special needs. They targeted to him for one or the other or both. It should be a slamdunk hate crime. Unfortunately, what I think will happen is that the defense will plead down and they won't be charged with a hate crime.

I'm so glad the police chief is hesitant to speculate on the possibility of a hate crime but is more than happy to opine that these pieces of shite were probably just saying thing to make a splash. What a goddamn joke. But white people are the fricking problem, right?
