Quikrete Mortar: Drying/curing time?

Anyone know the drying/curing time for Quikrete Mortar mix? I cannot find it on the bag or on the internet.

I have to dig next to where I made my threshold and I don't want to accidently hit it w/ something and frick up what I just did. You sure 24 hours is enough?

It took me forever to do it b/c I'm no master mason. I had to fix it 2x b/c my sister stepped on it 1x and my 2 yr old nephew stepped on it a 2nd time while it was still wet. I was pissed!

there are different types of quickrete as well. This will cause drying time to vary greatly.
