Well guys...I don't post much but you have brought up a topic I know a little something about and since no one around here knows who I am I figured I might chime in for a change. I am what is known as a "hobbyist" in the escort business.

The Urban Dictionary defines a Hobbyist as - An active customer of prostitutes and escorts who shares information with similar customers, typically on some type of online forum.

I am in my early 40's and have been actively seeing prostitutes domestic and international for about the past 10 years to the tune of somewhere in the neighborhood of 150-200 girls or "providers" as we hobbyists call them, in about 20 different U.S. states, 12 different countries on 3 different continents. I have traveled pretty extensively for work and leisure and typically when out of town I make arrangements ahead of time for evenings I have to myself through a couple different pre-screening websites and they come to my hotel for what is known as an "outcall". On these websites we the hobbyists post reviews and referrals of the girls while they also in turn review us and share among other providers. I also have a number of girls close to home that come to my house.

I am single, have never been married, with no kids and for me personally it is all about the variety. I have been with nearly as many girls that I haven't paid for as those that I have and have come to learn monogamy is just not for me. I am by no means some Chester the molester looking creep that is awkward with the ladies. Quite the contrary. I was big in the club and drug scene in the late 80's, 90's & early 00's and pretty much had the pussy thrown at me constantly. 2-3 different girls a week was about average in those days and 3somes, 4somes, 5somes, etc. were not uncommon. That being said once I got out of that scene to better focus on my professional life I found that even though I had lost the appetite for that club lifestyle...by no means had I lost my appetite for all the women. Committing the time and effort to a relationship just never satisfied me. I found a few that were OK with open relationships but more often than note there was a bit too much crazy that came along with it. So I found a way to supplement it. I have always been careful even in the drug days and currently get blood tested twice a year and I am clean as a whistle.

For me, I don't pay attention to societal norms and just do what makes me happy. So long as I'm not hurting anyone I don't see the problem. Prostitution is legal in more places in this world than it isn't and not called "the oldest profession" for nothing. Our prudish and often hypocritical sense of what is moral in this country just bores me to death. And one thing I guarantee you I will absolutely never be...is bored!
