re: Jalen Hurts passing game = Bama Achilles Heel - LarryDavid
Like I've said: Don't worry, the lefty coming in will hit those passes next season. Oh, and apparently, he brought the Number 1 player in the country, a running back, with him. You'll learn their names pretty soon....

re: QB is NOT Gus Malzahn's Main Problem - LarryDavid
I would think Lawson will go pro. Also lose your other top defender to graduation. Sure, there's talent, but nothing like those two in the fold. I think defense is going to be the biggest problem next season....

re: Passengers RottenTomatoes Watch: (32%) - Pg 2 Spoilers - LarryDavid
Good point about spoilers. I mean, really, how could anyone not know Jennifer wasn't going to wake up? Her big head is on the billboard when you walk in. It's like the people promoting these movies don't care to spoil the hell out of them. I know you have to promote her, but still, what a was...

re: An Idiot Abroad - LarryDavid
As funny as it is overall, there are a lot of truths told about these places. Really, in retrospect, some very alarming realities about these "wonders" that you would never know because of political correctness. So, it's excellent on several levels, actually....

re: Why are ELO songs so good in movies? - LarryDavid
And don't forget "Fire On High", the intro, if spun backwards on a record turntable says plain as day: "The music is reversible, but time isn't, turn back, turn back!" And, it was the theme song for CBS Sports Spectacular......

re: Lane Kiffin officially out as the OC per Saban! - LarryDavid
Seriously, what is Hurts' problem? You have a bevy of tremendous receivers and he refuses to throw the ball. I can't remember the last timing pattern he's thrown. When he does throw, it's rarely accurate. That's the offensive problem. Meanwhile, Bo reminds me of the "Messin' with Sasquatch" Jack...

re: Targeting out of control - LarryDavid
They didn't have targeting when I played. We also had flying body blocks known today as blocking below the waste. We loved the targeting on defense and flying body blocks on offense. Couldn't get enough of them. And something else...oh wait, the phone's ringing. Oh, maybe not, just my ears...

re: Anybody know if Bama plans to redshirt Tua? - LarryDavid
Doubt it. He'll either be No. 1 or 2. In fact, he may be on the field with Hurts at the same time because he is a lefty. One of those situations where you don't know who gets the ball. Actually, a chance to renovate the game at QB with him and Hurts....

re: Legit question on Jalen Hurts career going forward - LarryDavid
Here is your answer. Next year, Hurts is going to be on the field with the new qb from Hawaii that Gruden said is the best qb he's ever seen. That dude is a lefty. He'll be in camp next month on the scout team. So, next year, they'll both line up in the backfield. You'll never know who gets the ball...

re: The Wedding Singer - LarryDavid
As many great scenes and lines in this movie, for some reason the bank scene when he's trying to get money and his explanation of why he wanted it is probably his best lines for me. I guess it is because he just wares me down with the comedy and situations to the point of hilarity. Robbie: No, s...
